Our tours include pickup from the hotel and all charges related to the trip. If there are any exclusions, they will be mentioned in the presentation of the respective tour.

The meals and the monuments are never included in the tours. Even so, we can suggest and book a restaurant for lunch or dinner, regarding your desires among the best typical restaurants in the surrounding areas.

We like to be totally clear with you so it is very important for you to know that our guides are also drivers. All of them can share the relevant knowledge and information during all the time they are driving you in the tour. However, most of the times it is not possible for them to be with you during the visits inside the monuments. This can happen due to the following factors:
Car Parking: sometimes it’s very complicated (even impossible) to park nearby the places you are going to visit and it would be very wrong to undermine your comfort and time. Thus, we prefer to drop you near the monuments/places and give you the most information possible so that your time can be well spent enjoying Portugal.
Safety issues: although Portugal is a safe country, we try to avoid leaving the vehicles alone in those touristic spots as much as we can.
Our driver/guide will help you in the purchase of the tickets so that your experience can be as smooth as possible avoiding time wasted in queues.
We are sure this driver/guide model is the best option to know and enjoy all the monuments and sightseeing in Portugal. However, if you wish, we can add a guide (for one destination/monument or for the full tour) so that you can have an even more exclusive tour. Or, in alternative, you can use the audio-guides at your disposal in the monuments (which
are always a very good option).

All our vehicles respect luxury standards. We have vehicles from 4 up to 7 seats. Wi-fi and water are at your disposal free of charge. Our goal is to provide you a day you won’t forget for a long time. We work to be memorable!

We advise you to bring comfortable clothes and shoes. You should always bring a coat or rain protection (mainly between October and March). Our temperatures in Portugal are around 22/35 degrees between April and September and 5/20 degrees between October and March.

You will receive a propose related to your interests and needs so that you can fully enjoy your stay in Portugal. You can also define a Tour and we will send you our budget for that option.

We will answer your requests or contacts within 24 hours. If you do not get a response within that period, please contact us again.

We assure to have all settled for you if your request comes 48 hours before the date. However, if you pretend a tour in short notice, contact us because we will answer you in the minimum time possible.

You can pay with credit/debit card.

If you make your cancellation request more than 5 days before tour trip day, you will have no cancelling costs. Between 5 days and the 48 hours before, you will be charged only 20% as reservation cost. After this time, you will be charged 80% as cancellation charge fee.
